These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of levisorganicavocados.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Levi’s Organic Avocados (“Levi’s Organic Avocados,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Site & Who We Are

Levisorganicavocados.com is an e-commerce site offering direct-to-consumer sales of California avocados and related products, including one-time purchases and subscriptions.

2) Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

3) Electronic Communications

By using the Site or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, SMS, Site notices). These communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

4) Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your state/province to purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s involvement.

5) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Order acceptance: We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unusual order patterns).

• Pricing: Prices may change without notice. If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund the charge.

• Availability: Products may be limited or seasonal. Avocados are natural products and may vary in size, color, and ripeness.

6) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States where our carriers deliver.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and/or confirmed delivery at the destination address. Please bring packages indoors promptly to protect product quality.

7) Satisfaction Guarantee / Refunds

We want you to be happy. If there is an issue with quality or delivery, please contact us and we’ll work with you on a replacement, refund, or partial refund, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy (posted on the Site). Because avocados are perishable, we do not accept physical returns.

8) Subscriptions (If Offered)

If you enroll in a subscription (e.g., Levi’s Curated Variety Box), you authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency and price (plus any applicable taxes). You may manage, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal through your account/portal. Changes made after a renewal is processed apply to the next order.

9) Accounts

Creating an account is optional unless otherwise stated. If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activity under your login.

10) Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts and promo codes may have restrictions (e.g., expiration, product exclusions, subscriber-only eligibility). We may modify or end promotions at any time.

11) Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the Site (including hacking, scraping, introducing malware, attempting to bypass security, or using the Site for unlawful activity). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12) Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
