Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel or change them, and how subscriber savings apply.
Subscriptions (Levi’s Curated Variety Box)
We highly recommend subscribing to Levi’s Curated Variety Box — 12 avocados shipped every 2 weeks (our default option).
Subscription options

Variety Box sizes: 6 avocados, 12 avocados, or 10 lb

Frequencies: every 1 week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks

Your payment method is stored securely and you’ll be charged each time an order is scheduled to ship.
Changing, Pausing, or Canceling
You can pause, skip, reschedule, cancel, or resume your subscription anytime, as long as you do it at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
If a subscription order is already being prepared for shipment (inside that 48-hour window), it may not be able to be changed or canceled.
Subscriber Savings

Subscribers receive 10% off subscription deliveries.

Every 5th consecutive shipment receives 25% off as a loyalty reward.

If you cancel and later resume, the “every 5th shipment” count starts over.

If you pause for more than 3 months, the count starts over.

Short pauses are fine and do not reset your count.

Subscriber Pricing on One-Time Single Variety Purchases
If you log in to your account, subscriber customers may also receive 10% off eligible one-time single variety avocado boxes, and other products in the store.
