Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States. Our free standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

Please make sure the shipping address provided receives USPS package delivery. If USPS does not deliver to your address, or you require delivery by UPS, please let us know in the Order special instructions box in your cart before checkout.

UPS Ground Upgrade
UPS Ground shipping is available as an optional upgrade. Additional charges are $8 for 3 lb boxes, $12 for 6 lb boxes, and $16 for 12 lb boxes. [Coming soon — until this option is available at checkout, please contact us or leave instructions in your cart.]

Processing & Ship Days
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We may schedule shipments to avoid weekend delays or extreme weather and help ensure your avocados arrive in the best possible condition.

Delivery Time
Most deliveries arrive approximately 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because avocados are fresh and perishable, especially during warm weather, please monitor your tracking and bring your package inside on the day it is delivered. Packages left outdoors, in mailboxes, or in hot parcel lockers for extended periods may be damaged by excessive heat.
