Everyday Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 slice of sour dough bread
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Directions

  • Drizzle olive oil on sour dough bread
  • Toast bread in toaster oven
  • Add avocado on toast
  • Add salt and toppings

Optional: microgreens, cherry tomatoes, lemon, olive oil, everything bagel seasoning.

Quick Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1-2 tbsp cilantro (optional)
  • Juice of ½-1 lime or lemon
  • Salt
  • Optional: garlic, tomato, cumin

Directions

  • Mash avocados
  • Mix in other ingredients
  • Serve with chips, tacos, carrot sticks

Ingredients

  • ½-1 avocado

  • ½-1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • Greens
